2007 Goldener Brendel - Student's Faculty Award for Excellence in Teaching - for the BSc Lecture Organische Chemie, Chemistry Department, WWU Münster, Germany.

杨博士报告中,将探讨小分子再生医学药物的发现与多肽/抗体药物的开发平台。在报告的前半部分主要讨论基于Hippo信号通路,筛选转录效应因子YAP的小分子激动剂,在分子、细胞及模式动物体内皮肤再生过程的验证。在报告的后半部分,将讨论一种新的“装订”技术平台在内源性多肽荷尔蒙的系列长效多肽药物开发中的应用。

Schultz 院士的科研团队,从事生物活性小分子,多肽/蛋白质,抗体药物的研究和开发,在糖尿病、肥胖、癌症的靶向免疫治疗领域有深刻的研究。发现并鉴定了抑制 Hippo 通路的全新小分子化合物,可以用于治疗退行性疾病,体内组织和器官原位修复及再生。构建了一种新的“装订”技术平台,并应用于以内源性多肽荷尔蒙的系列长效多肽药物的临床化合物的研究开发。已在PNAS,Chemistry & Biology,JACS,ANGEW等国际权威性杂志上发表了30 多篇科学论文,引用次数超过1200次,申请了4项国际发明专利,相关工作被PR Newswire, GlobeNewswire, Bionity,Faculty of 1000等评论。是“Chemistry & Biology”,“ACS Chemical Biology”,“Organic & Biomolecular Chemistry”,“Medicinal Research Review”,“RSC Advances”,“European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry”等20多个期刊的特约审稿人。在2010 年获得中国政府颁发的海外留学生奖-国家优秀自费留学生奖学金。
